1. Returns

At Scandi Huts Co, every hut is custom-made to order, because of this bespoke process, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has gone into production.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details, chosen specifications and site requirements before confirming purchase. Our team is always on hand to provide guidance and advice during the planning stage to ensure your hut is designed exactly as you need.

1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase provided that production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
